David E. Spiro David Spiro is the founding Principal of the Strategy Practice. Formerly a business professor at Harvard and Columbia, his published work includes a book on international finance and articles on statistical methods and game theory. David was the Director of the Strategy Consulting Practice at divine, and has a PhD in International Political Economy from Princeton. William Kahn William Kahn has a 20-year track record of building the teams that deliver quantitatively-based solutions to complex business problems. He was formerly Vice President and Head of Credit Analytics at Fannie Mae, Chief Scoring Officer and Managing Vice President at Capital One, and a Partner at the Mitchell Madison Group. Bill has a PhD in Statistics from Yale.
